All ready-to-wear items are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving full payment. For made-to-order or customized bridal outfits, the processing and production period may range from 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)
  • We offer free shipping across Pakistan on orders over PKR 10,000.
  • Standard delivery time: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • We partner with leading logistics companies like TCS, Leopards, and Call Courier.
International Shipping
  • We ship globally including UAE, UK, USA, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
  • International shipping charges vary based on weight, destination, and courier (usually FedEx, DHL, or Aramex).
  • Delivery time: 5–10 business days after dispatch (excluding customs delays).
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
