We ship worldwide. Costs and times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout once you enter your address.

Ready-to-wear orders typically dispatch within 2–4 business days. International shipping then takes 5–10 business days depending on your country and courier.

Once your order ships, the tracking number appears on the order detail page. You can also use the public order tracker with just your order number and email.

Free shipping is available on orders over $300 USD to most destinations. See the shipping policy for current rates per region.

You may request a return within 7 days of receipt for unworn, unaltered items with original packaging. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale.

Open the order on My Orders and use the inline return request form. Our team will email you with the next steps within one business day.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Funds usually appear in 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

Check the sizing charts for measurements. Each product page also lists the available sizes for that piece.

If your piece does not fit and is eligible for return per the policy above, request a return for exchange. For couture and bespoke fittings, we offer a complimentary first alteration at our Lahore atelier.

Always dry clean only. Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, and direct sunlight. Store flat, wrapped in muslin, in a breathable garment bag.

No, you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account is faster for future orders and lets you track shipments, save addresses, and build a wishlist.

You can delete your account from the danger-zone section at the bottom of your profile page. Order history is retained for accounting purposes but your personal data is anonymised.
