A return policy designed with you in mind.

Every piece leaves our atelier signed, checked, and folded by hand. On the rare occasion something isn't right, here is what to do.

We accept returns on ready-to-wear items only, within 48 hours of delivery, and only for defects or shipping errors. Custom and bridal pieces are made for one client and cannot be returned.


Eligibility

  • Defective or incorrect items only
  • Request within 48 hours of delivery
  • Unused, in original packaging, tags intact

Not Returnable

  • Custom or made-to-measure orders
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Accessories: jewellery, veils, bags

How to Request

Email support@hamzakhawaja.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if damaged/wrong)

Shipping

Return shipping is on the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error. We recommend a trackable courier, loss in transit is the carrier's responsibility, not ours.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of quality inspection, to the original payment method. International transfers may take longer at the bank's end.

Our Promise

If something arrives damaged or wrong, we make it right. Send the photos, sit tight, we'll handle the rest. No restocking fee on legitimate complaints.
