• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable courier service.

Refund Process

Once your returned item passes quality inspection, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
